Q: After owning and managing my properties for many years, I’ve come to realize that the “challenges” that come my way are directly proportional to the quality of the residents I’ve placed in my rentals. In short, the better qualified the resident, the fewer “challenges” I have; the less qualified the resident, the more challenges and “drama” that follow.
